Frequently Asked Questions

That depends upon your style of travel, the time you have, and the things you are interested in. But we recommend a minimum of 3 days.

No harm in staying a day or two more to go on a food tour. 3-5 days is a good enough time to explore the city and tick off all the boxes.

As is the case in much of southern India, the best time to visit is in winter (October-March) when the temperature ranges from a pleasant 56 °F to 84° F. The days are bright and sunny and the rains tend to stay away.

Summer (April- July) on the other hand can be a little challenging with the mercury rising to 104° F. The monsoon strikes in July-September and the heavens gush a lot of rain.

In addition, the Clock Tower, the Council Hall, Roshan Bungalow (which showcases Nizam’s collection of vintage cars, exhibition halls and Southern Courtyard (comprising sprawling gardens, fountains and walkways) are also located here.
