The “Garden City of India” is also known as the “Silicon Valley of India” due to its prowess as an IT and tech giant in the global industry. This suave and cosmopolitan capital of 8 million people features chic palaces, lovely botanical gardens, exquisite temples, and IT houses.
You’ll kick off your tour with a day trip to key attractions of Bangalore: the Bangalore Palace, ISKCON Temple, Kote Venkataramana Temple, and the Vidhana Sabha (State Legislature Building).

Your next Karanatakan stopover, Mysore (2.5 hours drive) is known as the “City of Palaces.”

The ancient town of Badami (5 hours drive) is best for its rock-cut ancient Cave Temples of Badami that date back to the Badami Chalukyas dynasty which thrived in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.
You’ll uncover the mysteries of Badami cave temples and the Bhutanatha Group of Temples located on the banks of Agastya Lake in Badami.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hampi takes you back to the zenith of the Vijayanagara Empire in the 14th century. 1600 surviving remnants (palaces, forts, temples, public buildings) still stand as a testament to the glory of this fabulously rich empire.
Things to do: visiting the ruins of Vijayanagara. Coracle rides in the calm water of the Tungabhadra River in Hampi.
