Last-Minute Changes In Prices:

While we will do our best to make sure that the financial burden borne by our customers is the bare minimum, such cost will have to be borne by the customers.

In some regions of India like the Himalayas or Coastal regions, factors like hazardous weather, landslides, torrential rain or the monsoon can affect travel plans. In such cases (anywhere in India), LIT reserves the right to alter the itinerary in view of the safety and well-being of our clients.

Changes In Travel Itineraries:

Please know that all our listed itineraries listed on our websites are sample itineraries that are meant to help you make up your mind and make informed choices.

They can be changed in view of your wishes and/or due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, bad weather or geo-political untoward developments. We reserves the right to make such changes in the best interest of its customers.

Last-Minute Increase In Airfare And Hotel Prices And Other Considerations

Likewise, there are occasional changes in prices by hotels and airlines which might be higher than our quoted figure. We reserve the right to make changes to accommodate such increases in flight fares and hotel accommodation charges.

LIT shall also NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any cancellations due to natural calamities, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, sickness of clients, political turmoil and/or an endemic/pandemic.

Airline operations are beyond the control of travel operators. Any changes or cancellations made by them will be borne by the clients and not by us.

We SHALL ALSO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any theft, fire, accident, riot, breakdown of machinery or any other factor beyond our control at the hotel or accommodations.

Factors like delay or cancellation of Visa are also not in our control. We shall also not be responsible for such events.
