Forts And Palaces Tour India
With a history that dates back 5,000 years, India is rich in history and heritage.
The most spectacular exhibits of India’s rich civilizational heritage are the forts, palaces, tombs and temples that dot its entire landscape.
As one of the most fertile and wealthiest parts of the world for much of recorded history (thanks to its natural endowments like great rivers, vast plains, gold and mineral wealth, spices and a conducive climate that sustained agriculture) India has attracted invaders and marauders from other parts of the world for thousands of years.
The construction of formidable forts in vital strategic locations was necessitated by a need for survival and defense against these invaders. You will, therefore, find a host of towering forts in almost all Indian cities of historical significance.
We offer flexible “Forts and Palaces” tour packages to all the top destinations in India.
Explore, with us, the opulent splendor of Udaipur’s City Palace. Discover the historic majesty of Delhi’s Red Fort. Sojourn in the island serenity of Taj Lake Palace. Get blown away by the majestic marvels of Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur and Amber Fort in Jaipur. And, go on a fort tour to Jaisalmer, Rajsamand, Chittograh and Bikaner in Rajasthan.
