The Kanha National Park) is located in the dense forests of central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

It was declared a reserve forest in 1879 and a wildlife sanctuary in 1933 under the British Raj, it sprawls 940 sq km.

The park is home just not to the imperial Royal Bengal Tigers but also a large number of swamp deers, locally known as Barasingha.

Kanha is also home to The region is home to an indigenous semi-nomadic tribe of Central India known as the Baiga &  Gond  tribe.

Along with Pench and Bandhavgarh, Kanha is considered one of the best tiger-spotting destinations in the country.

This 10 acre property which boasts over 2,000 trees of various species, this splendid boutique property was established in 2008. It offers private jeep safaris to the national park.

You can also go on a guided walk to the local tribal village or visit the local markets. There is also a yoga pavilion in the lodge.

Each of your cottages is built from local sustainable sources using indigenous means. The accommodation comes with a king-size bed, traditional furniture, an indoor shower as well as an outdoor rain shower. The 85 sq m cottage can accommodate up to three people.  Other amenities at your cottage include wife, aid-conditioning and plush cotton linen.

It is located at a comfortable 2-hour drive from the Jabalpur Airport and Jabalpur Train Station.
