Your trip will begin in the nation’s capital New Delhi.

On arrival in the capital, you’ll be met at the airport by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

After a warm welcome and cozy rest, you’ll discover the great attractions of Mughal India in the grand old city of Delhi

Your Delhi sojourn will include trips to the Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutb Minar, Chandni Chowk, Lotus, and Akshardham Temple, the National Museum of India, and the India Gate.

On Day 3, you’ll drive to Agra (3.5/4 Hrs), the home of the Taj Mahal.

Located on the banks of the ancient Yamuna River, the Taj Mahal is one of the world’s greatest monuments and the ultimate symbol of eternal love.

There is more to Agra (the former capital of Mughal India) than just the Taj Mahal.

You will visit key historical landmarks like Attractions the Agra Fort, Sikandra (Tomb of Akbar the Great), Itimad ud Daula Mausoleum (known as Mini Taj), and visit the workshops of Parchin Kari (Marble Inlay art of Taj Mahal), and Kachpura Village across the Yamuna River.

After witnessing a memorable sunrise at the Taj Mahal, you will drive to the elegant and chic capital of the state of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and check into your luxury heritage hotel. 

Famed for its grand palaces, Havelis, forts, and historical landmarks, Jaipur is one of India’s most visited cities.

You will take a guided tour of the old city center and witness sites like, the Grand City Palace, the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), the Jantar Mantar Astronomical Observatory, and the forts of Amber and Nahargarh.

More palaces and Havelis and trips to legendary bazaars of Jaipur: Johari Bazar for jewelry and pearls, Tripolia for bangles, and Chandpol Bazar for ethnic art pieces.

For your next stopover, you will fly to Jaisalmer (1.5 hours).

Jaisalmer is famously known as India’s “Golden City”. It draws tens of thousands of tourists to its mythical desert, elegant Havelis (medieval castles), vibrant festivals, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jaisalmer Fort — one of the few remaining Living Forts in the world.

The next day, you will explore the Jaisalmer Fort, Sam Sand Dunes, Bada Bagh Garden, and the famous Havelis of the Golden City.

From the Golden City, you will travel to the Blue City of Jodhpur (5 hours drive). 

The old city quarter of Jodhpur is painted Blue as a homage to Lord Krishna. Which makes a great backdrop for memorable photography trips.

You will visit the top attractions of the Blue City: the Mehrangarh Fort, the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower) Market, and the old city quarters.

The picturesque City of Lakes Udaipur is your next destination in the Rajasthan lap of Best of India Tour (5 hours drive).

It is famous for the serene Lake Pichola, scenic Aravalli Hills, palaces, Havelis (mansions), and the heritage of the Kingdom of Mewar.

Udaipur has a Venice-like vibes, of love, romance, and charm.

Things to enjoy in Udaipur: Palace-turned-heritage hotels, romantic sunset boat rides in Lake Pichola, the magnificent Grand City Palace, and royal Mewari Rajasthani cuisine.

On your final day in Udaipur, you’ll relax at your luxury hotel with picturesque lake views of the lovely Lake Pichola or go for a countryside bicycle tour.

From Udaipur, we will fly down to the state of Maharashtra to the economic and entrepreneurial capital of India, Mumbai (1.5 Hours flight).

It is not easy to keep up with the high-octane life in Mumbai, the City That Never Sleeps.

But we will walk you through it with visits to Bollywood (Film City), Dharavi slums, Gateway of India, Marine Drive and Dhobi Ghat (The washer man’s place), and a food tour of Mumbai’s street food scene.

God’s Own Country Kerala will be your next stop (2 hours flight).

The southern Indian state is famous for its gorgeous beaches, calm backwaters, sumptuous cuisine, rejuvenating Ayurveda-inspired retreats, spice and tea plantation tours, and beautiful hill stations.

Cochin is the Gateway to Kerala.

It is known for its rich history as a hub of maritime spice trade and is a hub of the cultural, industrial, and financial life of Kerala.

Key Cochin landmarks you’ll visit: Mattancherry Palace, Santa Cruz Cathedral, Marine Drive, and Kerala Folklore Museum. You will also witness a mesmerizing Kathakali dance performance.

Kerala isn’t just about beaches and backwaters. Snuggled in the Western Ghat mountains are excellent hill stations with lovely all-year-round weather perfect for the ideal holiday.

The “Kashmir of South India” Munnar is famous for its scenic mountains, pleasant weather, beautiful waterfalls, and tea & spice plantations. Munnar will be your next stop in Kerala (4 hours drive).

Tea and spice plantation tours are one of Munnar’s biggest attractions. You will go on a plantation tour. You can also enjoy visits to the Mattupetty Damn, the Eravikulam National Park, and Pothamedu View Point (optional).

Thekkady is your next stop in the mountains (3-hour drive). It is famous for its savanna grasslands and moist deciduous forests. 

Spend your next day savoring the delights of Thekkady: Bamboo rafting, Jungle night patrolling, and staying in a tree house are also on offer here.

You will travel to Alleppey from Thekkady (3 hours drive) where the legendary backwaters of Kerala await you.

Picture an amazing world of floaty backwaters aboard a cozy houseboat. Picture swaying coconut trees, chirping birds, lush green landscapes, quaint fishing villages, and green foliage of the backwaters.

An onboard chef will serve you delicious Keralan cuisine sourced from local organic sources.

You will sign off your Best of India tour with a beachy vacation at Varkala (3 hours drive). 

Varkala is Kerala’s premier beach town, known for its hip beaches, clear blue skies, crystal-clear waters, and hippie culture.

You’ll spend a relaxing time in the beach town visiting its popular beaches, lighthouses, springs, Ayurveda Spas, forts, and important landmarks like the Jardana Swami Temple (Dakshin Kashi) and the Northern Cliff.

Drive to Trivandrum and Fly Out
