One of India’s great cities, Mumbai is also located here. The roots of India’s oldest civilization, the Indus Valley Civilization, can also be traced here in Gujarat.

Arrival in Mumbai | Start of Tour
Your tour begins in Mumbai, the biggest and most prominent city in West India. On arrival at the airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your accommodation.

Mumbai | Exploring India’s Maximum City
After resting up, you’ll discover the attractions of India’s Maximum City.
Must-see destinations covered during the day: Gateway of India, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (UNESCO HERITAGE SITE), Global Vipassana Pagoda, The Dhobi Ghat (Washerman’s place), Siddhivinayak Temple and Bollywood Film City studios.

Aurangabad | Unraveling the Mystery of Ajanta & Ellora
You will fly to Aurangabad (1.5 hours flight). On day 3, you will visit Ajanta Caves, and the next day the Ellora caves.
Dating back to the 2nd and 6th centuries BC, the rock-cut temples of Ajanta and Ellora (UNESCO World Heritage Site) are one of India’s great architectural wonders that attract tens of thousands of visitors, tourists, devotees, and art lovers.
They comprise 34 caves with rock-cut temples bearing ancient Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist influences.

Vadodara | In the Land of Silk and Ghagras
From Aurangabad, you’ll fly to Vadodara (Baroda) (1.5 hour flight), known for its fine silk, traditional Ghagra garments and rich history.
Sightseeing in Vadodara: Laxmi Vilas Palace, Baroda Museum and Picture Gallery, Mandvi Gate, ISKCON Temple, Kirti Mandir, and many other historical and cultural attractions.

Day Excursion to Champaner/Pavagarh
Your next stop Champaner (1 hour drive) is the historical capital of the Sultanate of Gujarat (1394-1573).
Things to do on day 7: Champaner-Pavagadh Archeological Park, Jami Masjid, Shree Mahakali Mataji Temple and Kevada Mosque.

Asiatic Lions (also known as Persian Lions) used to prowl in much of South Asia and the Middle East, from Mesopotamia to India, but they are on the verge of extinction now.
Your next stopover, the Gir National Park (4.5 hours drive) is the last bastion of these magnificent creatures on the planet.
You will go on Three private Jeep Safari to spot the Lion In the wild.

The former Princely State of Junagarh is famous for its towering forts, opulent palaces, and ornate cave temples.

Dwarka | The Sacred Land of Lord Krishna
The sacred land of Lord Krishna, Dwarka (3.5 hours) will be your next destination.
The Dwakadhish Temple in Dwarka is one of the four holiest sites in the Hindu faith (one-fourth of the holy quartet of the “Chardham” temples).
Other attractions: Dwarka Beach, Sunset Point, and temple tours.

On day 14, you’ll drive to Jamnagar (2 hours), known for its Bandhani (tie-dyed) fabrics, embroidery, and silverware.

Ahmadabad | Signing Off in Style in Gujarat
For the last leg of your trip, you will arrive in the capital of Gujarat, Ahmadabad (4-hour drive), and spend the next two days exploring the city.
Things you’ll enjoy in Ahmadabad: strolls on the Sabarmati Riverfront (promenade), ISKCON Ahmedabad Temple, Science City, Hazrat Bai Harir Vav (step-well), Law Garden, Shree Swaminarayan Mandir, and Sidi Saiyyed Mosque.
The highlight of your stay in Gujarat will be a guided visit to the Gandhi Ashram (where the Mahatma spent his time when he was not campaigning).
