Jaisalmer | Arrival and Start of Tour
Upon arrival at the Jaisalmer Airport, you’ll be received by the representative of LIT, and transported to your hotel.

Jaisalmer | Exploring the Golden City
After breakfast, begin your epic Jaisalmer adventure with a tour of the Golden Fort.
Also known as The GOLDEN FORT, the Jaisalmer Fort is carved out of local golden-colored stone (hence the name of the city—Golden City) and is traced back to Raja Jaisal in 1156 AD after whom the city was named. Like the Carcassonne Fort in France, the Golden Fort is one of the few remaining “Living Forts” In the world with one-fourth population still living within its walls.
After the tour of the fort, you will visit the city’s ancient Havelis (Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ki Haveli), and the 16th-century Bada Bagh (Huge Garden) where the city’s monarchs are cremated.

Jaisalmer | The Desert Safari Expedition
Morning at leisure. Later in the afternoon, an adventure-filled odyssey in the Thar Desert awaits you on day 3. Enjoy a camel safari and a jeeping expedition in the famous Sam Sand Dunes which are known for their exciting crests and troughs. Have lunch at your luxurious desert camp, and enjoy a magical sunset in the desert.
